We are currently preparing foundations in Orange (2500sqft colonial), Thompson (1500sqft. hair salon), and Ashford (1600 sqft. three box ranch). We will be adding new production photo's soon. If you have any questions or would like information drop us a note and we would be happy to help.

Production is underway - We will be heading to Thompson, Connecticut for our next home so stay in touch for new photos. Currently the production line is at 70 degrees and dry! When comparing other manufacters check to see if there homes are preassembled and labeled.

New In Niantic! The 4 box cape cod home has been set. A spectacular day! This home was completed and ready for inspection in one day. We will start vinyl siding installation and keep you posted on progress.

This beautiful 2600+ square foot home was set in one day! Complete with (3) "A" style dormers in the third floor walk up attic!.

May 26th Update - The exterior siding has been completed and we will be completing the covered porch. What a Porch!!
