Residential Construction

On a cold winter day or 100 degree heat wave this sure looks inviting. All our material is stored indoors dry and out of the weather. Small details such as the protective plastic sheet that is layed to protect the plywood from spackle and dust, find a stick builder that provides that attention to detail!. Using your House Plans or your House Design we can custom build your home at this state of the art facility indoors, on time and in todays market on budget!

On each and every rafter is a patented
hanger hold down that provides a strong &
very precise secure way of fastening your
roof rafters. Compare this to a couple of
nails or a prebuilt truss plate!.

Our factory is so large we can assemble your new home indoors prior to delivery. Here we photograph each component and label each part. Once on site the set crew can follow a detailed instruction which puts the home together as it was at the factory. With Southern New England Modular Homes your Custom Built Home fits on the foundation the correct way.

Once complete your new Modular Home is securely wrapped and loaded on a carrier ready for transport to your site. Plastic coverings protect the home during transportation from rain and snow. Once on site the set begins - the crane arrives to pick the boxes and you are on your way to a new Custom Built Home using your Modular House Plan!
