Southern New England Modular has been building beauitiful Custom Homes throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island since 1986. Using a combination of the most up to date Modular Home Plans and finest specifications we can create a beautiful Custom built home of your dreams. Residential constructions offers many different home styles and Home Plans which until recently were not considered Modular Home Plans. Here you will find a sample of our specifications and options. 1/2" plywood or OSB sheathing
