Our model homes located at 420 South Main Street in Colchester, CT. We feature a 2000 square foot 3 bedroom colonial, a 960 square foot cape cod and a 1400 square foot ranch home. Our model homes are open Monday - Sat 10 - 4pm.

Our Factory
Our modular homes are built in a state of the art manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania. Built completely indoors using advanced power tools and equipment which allows our homes to be built faster and more complete than a site built home. Using methods which have been used now for over twenty years our plant runs smooth eliminating waste and increasing productivity which saves you time and money!

Our standard plan offering includes Ranch, Cape Cod and Colonial homes. We also build raised ranches, split levels and T ranch homes. If you don't see what you want all of our plans can be customized using our in house software.
